RPG Commission: Tyranny Guard

These guys are Mind Controlled slaves turned into guards/soldiers for this RPGs most oppressive regimes. There armor is derived from old Elven armor, and embellished w/ Dragon iconography.
I channeled some old John Ford westerns for the clouds and lighting. I tried to make it look like the cloud shadows were moving across the plains.
